Does anyone know how to get the

As far as I'm aware, it hasn't been released yet. The item rarity is Game Prize instead of Holiday Item, so it's not from ToT or the Pumpkin Patch. Staff have sort of hinted at there being more things to come during the Morostide event, so it may be for something later.

wouldnt this constitute as a spoiler since its not 'released' and need to under a spoiler tag?, am genuinely curious

I was thinking the same thing but I wasn't sure. I'm autistic and I have a habit of missing information, so I was worried I had and decided to make this topic to find out.

This, along with the few items added at the same time, haven't been released yet! They will go out at some point during Morostide. :)
