I can't find a topic about books at all, but I long ago I swear I saw a thread about a tool to show lowest prices. My battle pet is pretty well read, 800 books, but that's still a ton left. I'd like to be able to use more scrolls with a higher AP. I've been going to the books read section and just hovering over each one in order and it's driving me crazy. Also, what is the number of books you have to read to go up a point?

It’s 16 intelligence points per AP (it doesn’t have to be books).

SubetaLodge has a checklist tool where you can import the books your pet has read, then you can filter those out and just search for the ones you’re missing. You have to make an account though.

This might be the thread you’re referring to: The Book Grind Guide v1.0

Thanks a bunch. Unfortunately the sort by price and books not read doesn't seem to work for me. Red or Green, it just lists all the books no matter what I check. I've tried buying from each list read/unread and all the cheap ones are ones he's already read.

Here are the instructions has on that thread for making a checklist:

Quote
1. First you must have an account on Subetalodge.
2. Then go to My Account --> make a custom checklist
3. Click Item Type and choose &;Book&; from the dropdown and name your collection after the pet you want to track
4. After it&;s made, go to the Lists tab and choose &;Mass add/Update&;
5. Here on Subeta, go to your pet&;s &;Books read&; page (the url should be the following: https://subeta.net/pet/books.php?petid=YOURPETSIDNUMBERHERE&page=1) and then right-click to view the page source. Copy it all and paste it into Subetalodge&;s mass add box.
6. It will ask then which collection you want to mass add/update. Choose the collection you want to update and then click &;Proceed to add items"
7. Now you have one page updated! Now repeat steps 5 and 6 for the rest of the pages for &;Books read" list until you&;ve added every page.
8. After that, go to the Lists tab again on, select &;Your Collections&;. Choose the collection you just updated/added to.

From here on out, you can see what books you&;re missing (these are displayed in a red box) and which books you have read (these will be displayed in a green box). You can choose "items you need" to solely look at the books you&;re missing. You can use filters to help narrow down what books you might be missing from a shop, or find the lowest user price on the market. As you read books to your pet, you can click on the book that was missing in your collection and change the box from red to green, to signify that the book is now read to your pet. If you forget to manually update your list this way, you can always do the above method, steps 4 through 6, to mass update your collection&;s list. I highly recommend using this feature from Subetalodge, and it&;s easily the best.

Yeah, having to do it for each page can be annoying. Foods and wardrobe are the worst because there are like a billion pages, haha. But I’m glad we got it set up for you so you can find books more easily now :D
