Not sure we have a shirt like the one Quentin wears. I know we have a chance bag based on them and there are items in that which match their horns, hair, and eyes, but no shirt, and I didn't see anything that looked exact in my quick browse through the drawer and layer combinations in my wardrobe most likely to have that style of top. It might still exist and I just don't have it or didn't sort it where I expected, but you also might have to settle for something more "close enough" rather than "just right." Either way, hope you find something that will work for it!
