Is there a way to get back into my old subeta account? I haven't been on it in years and from what im aware it may have been deleted but figured id ask if there was a way to get it back or not

Depends what several years means. Eventually there came a time they stopped deleting old accounts and just let em sit now. Usernames and pet names (until recently on pet names) could be snagged once an account was in the inactive period. So it's also possible your account exists but now has a random number after it. Overall your best bet would be to file a ticket with staff to find out if it was on the old deleting time or in the new linger but name snag time. After that I'd talk with the staff member about your options of what to do.

Alright, ill do that. Thank you very much for your help <3 I would say this account would be older than 10+ years however i may have been on it after that time period im just not entirely sure. Also, how would i go about filing a ticket for this?

At the top of the page, click on the Subeta dropdown. A little over halfway down you'll see the Tickets tab. Just click on that and follow the prompts from there.
