20th Anniversary Storm & Riftborn Kumos Cookies. So I paid 9.9m for a tempest lightning rod and didn't get the cookie. I assumed due to the description in the news article that this was a guaranteed prize. It also seems nearly impossible to get the Riftborn cookie from the rift. Any tips or tricks to that? TIA
The cookies were released 11 days ago, and will be available until the end of the year. I think it's a matter of patience.
Moving this to help, suggestions and ideas is for users to give Staff ideas on how to improve the site.
Tempest rod just guarantees you can visit tempest but the cookie is not a guaranteed prize. It is just a part of tempest's prize pool. You still have 3 months to get them. Unfortunately part of the nature of items being part of prize pools, it is kinda random

I used about 15 of the lightning rods and also didn't get the cookie. :/ I'm not even sure any of them are on the site yet, I don't see anyone saying they've gotten either of them. With most people needing at least 2 of each (wardrobe and food for achievement), I doubt many of them will be out.
Not only they didn't show up in my 4 tries, but Tempest vanished! Ever since it has been announced, no Tempest event at all! Is it just my luck...or lack of?!

I just got an event so it is still working!
