I am seeking a LN that fits a character I've been shaping for my "A World of Magic" story / group. In starting to really bring together characters and themes, I find myself very much needing one or two "darker" characters that can be seen as antagonists / sources of "darkness". I really like the idea of presenting certain aspects of darkness as a "contrasting melodic theme" through which I can explore higher level questions about the role of "darkness / bad" in our lives.
Planning on a NM yaherra for the chaotic / dark / force / magic / higher level character. Undecided on possible sp/color combinations for other characters that could be more "world level" antagonists. Really depends on the nuances of their character.
I tend to pull a lot of inspiration from names, and enjoy finding names that I connect with. So please don't hate me if I'm picky ^^' I am specifically looking for a LN (all my pets were were given the LN status when NUNs began and I've stuck with the theme since because it makes my brain happy lol). So apologies to any great names that aren't LN, they're just not for me at this time.
Some sparknotes about me:
- I've been around for over 17 years and plan to be on Subeta until I'm dust xD
- I'm a "pet person" through and through. I started the forum group Weekly Pet Prompts and also manage the Pet Spotlight and Support board because I love talking pets / characters / creativity and bonding with others over those topics!
- I have a lot of WIP pets and tend to make a lot of progress in bursts, with lulls between where I focus more on other goals (currently getting everyone to the highest Gentech job level / battling).
- I currently have 8 spotlight winners and 10 pets nominated for the spotlight, with the goal of every pet I have being nominated (and hopefully winning).
- I've been teaching myself coding for pet profiles and have recently started trying to dabble in art again because I enjoy doing as many parts of the creative process for my pets as I can.

I got Naili earlier from the pound to see if any inspiration comes, but if the legacy name fits your concept, I'd gladly adopt him out as I don't really have any plans

Seems like it is used for men and women.(?)

Oooo, if you really don't mind then I'd love to adopt Naili! I think that's a very lovely name and I absolutely find some solid connection between the meaning and the character I have in mind! Naili would work very well for the "antagonist" type, especially with the general concept I have in mind for them (they're not wicked, and I'd rather their story resolve into an understanding of what drove their seeking of power and conquering). This works very well too with a idea that I've been bubbling in the back of my head for where this all may go as a larger story!

Thank you! :D The user profile was a bit of a pain to learn coding for, but I'm super happy with how the pet section came out as now I can keep them organized by their groups and I can use ABC order around the site which makes things 100x easier with 61 pets lol.
