hey, so far i’m having a few issues with the website. happy i don’t have to file a ticket because the thought of doing that again is still giving me ptsd hehe
the first issue is that i don’t think my achievement titles are working. i have earned around 65 achievements and the only titles displaying are ‘room for one’ and the ‘donated to the cash shop’ title ( even though i never did)
secondly, i am having trouble updating my forum signature with an image. nothing displays there, and i’ve tried multiple sizes. any help with these is greatly appreciated !!
not all achievements award forum titles. on the achievements page, if an achievement tier has a little yellow star next to it, you can click on it to see what the reward is; if the reward is a forum title, it will say so there.
forum signatures take a long time to update. i see an image there now, but if you've recently changed it, it could take a few hours for the new one to show up. also, if your image is hosted on imgur, make sure you're using the img tags in the square brackets, not the img src html tag in the angle brackets, as imgur now blocks html image embedding.
Not all achievements give out forum titles. Achievements that have a prize associated with them have a little star on the tier, and you can click on it to see the reward. Some rewards are items, and some rewards are forum titles.
Forum signatures are taking a while to update, and there's an image there when I look at it, so it's gone through!
the achievements page by default loads the "newest" tab on the sidebar, which only shows one page of the most recently-added achievements. if you don't have any of the achievements on that page, filtering by "earned" will just display nothing, resulting in this error message. you'd need to click through each category to see which ones you have in each one.
if it's forum titles you're curious about, you can click the "claim titles" button on the sidebar there (this page) and it will list all the achievements you have with associated titles.
that does make sense. though it would be user friendly for maybe some sort of master list at the top in regard to this uwu;
even under the wardrobe category, it appears i should have four pages of achievements but there is only a straight red line. clicking through every category i am not seeing anywhere near 66 achievements.
You should see achievements in categories if you click on "All" (next to Earned in your screenshot)
@ goth the 4 pages refers to all the achievements that should appear in that category, but you can't see them because you have the "earned" filter selected and you seem to not have any wardrobe achievements completed.
you might have better luck just leaving it on the "all" filter and clicking through each category. any achievements you do have will be highlighted green.
got it, thank you guys for your help today ! i am able to see more of my achievement progress if i scroll through each category individually and look for green highlights. sorry, i'm still getting used to this site and the way things go ... you're doing a great job! i know you're doing your best. i read a post before this saying a staff member usually has to help with signatures, so thank you for that too.
