The Loyalty Boxes are Account bound. Same to the Totems you can get. You can only use the totems on your own pets. You can check out here for more infos and if you decide to let your pets (if you have any on your account) go through Adopt R Us, you can use the Loyalty Tome Totem to boost your pets stats.
