Is it a random event type thing or is there something specific that needs to be completed?

It's a random event type thing iirc. The nice thing about it is that you only need to get the event, you don't need to remember or write down the password!

It's a random event but it only shows up on the blue building page so if you spam refresh there, you should eventually get it c:
