Is there a list of forum titles and the correlating achievements that awarded them?

Some of the forum titles I have, I remember getting, but there are quite a few others that I have no idea how I got.
Like where did "the undead tour guide" one that I'm currently using, come from?
I tried going through all my achievements to find it but it's tedious and I'm too easily distracted.
