Have you checked it on subetalodge? That's a scroll I don't own. I'll only own it if it's re-released as battle loot. It's an infinite use scroll that does damage, blocks ice, can potentially freeze and heal. It's largely dependent on your pet's speed. That's just going by the subetalodge stats. I've never actually used it.

It is a good scroll and I don't think you've wasted your money at all, but you may not like it as much until your pet reaches 5,000+ speed. That's when it reaches its full potential. I mostly use it with my biggest pets because it's not always consistent - it doesn't always freeze, doesn't always heal, doesn't always block, etc. - and their stats are big enough to absorb the inconsistencies. That being said, it can help you squeeze out some extra freezes when you're using freezing as a strategy and for that reason I really do like it.
