I’m trying to login via my iPad but I keep getting server error 500! Please help

Following.. my mom is having the exact same problem only via her laptop. She's been unable to login for three days now, even did a password reset but is getting the same error. Hope there's a solution for this soon!

I’ve been able to get on by resetting the password. Idk why that helped but it did!

Is anyone else having trouble with the site dropping every 3 page clicks or so? It's been progressively worse every day for a week. I am not having issues on any other sites.

Unfortunately neither a pw reset or cache & cookie clear worked, she's still getting the same error.

This happens to me if I don’t close my pages and do a refresher of all my windows. It’s really weird.

I have been closing my browser and pages to see if that's what it is. Still happens but I am also going between Microsoft explorer and chrome now as well. Seems to be less frustrating but still happens. It is really weird, but I like it here enough to just deal with it. I am just a wee bit impatient at times, maybe this will help with that :P Thank you for your response . Your avatar is beautiful
