Hi everyone,

My name is Ana and I found Subeta by googling games similar to Neopets. I used to play back in 2001 when I was a tiny child. Now I am a large child with no computer curfew! I played some of the games and finished a few quests and I'm looking forward to exploring more of the game world. Does Subeta have in-universe events like Neopets did? I'm sure I will eventually find the answer to my question but if anyone wants to guide me, I will definitely appreciate it!

I go through phases, especially when it comes to games. I'm currently replaying Fallout 4 after not touching it for 6 years.

Thank you! I saw some new announcements posted yesterday about the event. Hopefully I'm a little more familiar with the game world in time for the next one.

I need to get to the Fallout games at some point. I'm currently playing Skyrim, Stardew Valley, and Disco Elysium aren't very short. The first two can be unending.

Since the next Dragon Age game is coming out this year I'm thinking of finally getting to the first game beforehand.

I have a schedule to keep all my games in order. Right now I mainly play Skyrim. Spent the last day or two getting further into the Dawnguard DLC. I do Survival Mode so no fast travel.

I was also from Neopets from long ago, so welcome to Subeta :D

I have played all of those and they are also in rotation lol. I just finished Skyrim again last winter. I love that Disco Elysium has different mechanics from the other games so it's refreshing when I start it up again. Kind of reminds me of LA Noire.

I've never played LA Noire before. Know when it came out the ability to read people's expressions was really hyped up. Only a year or so ago I looked into the actual story in the game.

Disco Elysium's dialogue has ruined me for other games. Just how long and detailed some of those conversations can be. Only becomes bad when I have to use the bathroom but have to hold it in until the conversation is finally over XD

My HA isn't fully made up yet. Still have a few items to get. But I do like me a good HA project.

Bit of a late reply here for you but welcome to Subeta. I am a off and on player for Subeta for quite a few years now. I also found Subeta years ago while needing something different from Neopets. I find this site to be addicting at times and something I can't seem to ever fully leave from.

The season events are pretty great. I don't fully understand the one happening now but if you wait around for the Morostide holiday (Halloween), it can be quite fun! I feel like that is when a lot of players tend to get back on after being MIA for a while (ehhh,....this might be me). If you go to the homepage, you'll find a spot on the right side that will give you the holiday schedule :) Hope that helps!!

Welcome in anasaurusrex! I'm fairly new still myself but figured I'd offer some thoughts and tricks I've learned in the last 5 months! :D

➡ Keep an eye out for Token Shop restocks! (You'll earn Wizard Tokens from doing the Wizard's quests! You can get 350 a day with a gold account and 250 without one!) ➡ Enter the Potion Lottery as a chance to win a potion! ➡ Check the Help Page if you get confused on anything!

Things I've learned for quests: ➡ Always do Shinwa first! (She has you do quests for the others to gain pieces to her bracelet, you can't do these quests if you've already finished the rest!) ➡ Wizard, Sarah, Cinthia, Maleria, & Saggitarius give sP only as a reward. ➡ Quentin, Pete, Library, Cursed, & Carl (+ Blue Building) give sP & items as rewards.

Hi ! I am in the exact same situation as you - played as a kid, and then was looking up "games similar to neopets" and found this linked in a Reddit post! It really is bringing back old memories. I literally just joined but I'm excited to start playing again and remembering how to work things lol... So fun to rediscover things as an adult.
