My main battler is tier 5 and has 39 AP and I was curious about the best items and scrolls to use. I do have a decent amount of sp saved up but would like to keep each item under 5 million if possible for now. scrolls I dont have a budget.

You'd want your set to be close to this:

• Shinwas Temple Shard is a full blocker and blocks all incoming damage for one turn • Gorgun is a 100% freezer and will freeze your opponent on the next turn • Shrine of Apollonia generates a blessing that protects against some dark, earth, and wind (:block:dark::block:earth::block:wind:) damage from your opponent for 10 turns • Recycle Blaster turns one of your opponent's weapons into junk • Hearts Revenge Gunblade and Sunny Side Staff are infinite use and do a lot of damage against your opponent while healing you each turn • Rainbow Quill and Phoenix Quill are your healers when your health is low • Divine Denizhen Scroll (8 AP) is infinite use and can be made for about 1mil sP at the Secluded Shrine and will block damage and heal you each turn • Morosbane Scroll (15 AP) is a once per battle scroll that does 40 light damage (:dmg:light:) and heals your pet 300 HP when you use it - very cheap and handy

The only real spendy things are Phoenix Quill and Shinwas Temple Shard. Most people use Phoenix Quill for their entire battling career because it will heal your pet 100% of their health once per battle. I think the longevity of it more than justifies the price. Shinwas Temple Shard is available in the Crystal Shop right now or costs about 10mil sP if you buy the crystals off of the shop search. I think it's a great weapon and worth having, but, if you're not ready to buy it yet, you could opt for something like Kismets Cosmic Wand of Annihilation instead. It will steal one of your opponent's weapons during battle.
