Neugarten doesn't have a fixed date and can happen more or less anytime during the summer. The news post was just to let us know that it will be starting sometime this coming week so we aren't left guessing 😊

It's a holiday on Subeta that revolves around food and drink. There will also be some holiday challengers in the Battle Coliseum.
