Hi there, how can I switch tiers of support? I wanted to go up a tier but I don't know how to do that without canceling first.

you have to cancel, let your subscription expire, then resubscribe at the new tier. it is a bit of a faff but worked fine for me back when i did it!

It's just as said: You need to cancel your current subscription, let it run out, and then resubscribe at the new tier once your subscription has run out.
