Commerce > Your Shops is where you will find your user shop and gallery You can put clothes on your character via Personal > Wardrobe, you add items to your wardrobe via your inventory or quickstock (quickstock is under your shop)

All facial features can be 'layered', your eyes and mouth are probably currently on a lower layer than the skin. If you drag and drop the features to higher than the skin on the listing in the wardrobe, you will find your facial features c:
