Hi! I have some points for the battle shop and I am curious what you guys usually get from there?
Are the higher tier weapons from there useful?
The Battle Shop does have some great stuff!
• Tier 4: Gorgun It's a 100% freezer. It's pretty much always recommend as the first thing for someone to buy.
• Tier 5: Heroic Wind Staff, Lunae Staff, Shinwas Hand Mirror The Staffs are great blockers and have a nice amount of attack icons. The Hand Mirror can be used to make Shinwas Holy Lance, which is great in T5.
• Tier 6: Fairy Blade, Frost Quill The Blade is a great physical blocker, I use it in T6 and T7. The Quill is a cute little once per battle weapon that can freeze.
• Tier 7: Potion of the Robot, Potion of Phoenix, Ultra Star Rod Potion of the Robot is my favorite things in the Battle Shop. It boosts your pet's attack by 250 during battle, which can be quite a big boost for smaller pets. I use it in T7-T10. Potion of Phoenix is a good subsitute if you can't afford a Reviver of the Lion yet. Ultra Star Rod is a great dark blocker.
• Tier 9: Calvin Blackmoons Sword, Strange Plasma Ball Calvin Blackmoons Sword is my second favorite item in the Battle Shop. It's a solid physical blocker for pets in T9-T10 and can heal you each turn. The Strange Plasma Ball is new, but it's also pretty good. It doesn't heal, but it does have great defense and attack, plus four mod slots, and can be used all the way up into T11.
• Tier 10: Benevolent Grenade It's a good fire blocker for T10, but you have to pair it with the Defensive Bandana, which takes up an extra armory slot. May or may not be worth it to some people.
• Tier 9 & 11: Intricate Energized Helmet, Volatile Energized Mecha You can build these later on with the components, but they're staples in endgame battling. The Helmet is a freezer with a blessing that prevents the opponent from freezing you for two turns afterward and the Mecha does a lot of things (250 strength, defense, and speed boost; a small amount of physical defense and healing each turn from its blessing; and a small amount of damage each turn from its curse).
omg thank you so much! I never know what to do with my tokens and what will really help in battle, the potion of the robot looks really interesting!
No problem! I like collecting weapons that look interesting, then seeing if I can find uses for them in battle. It comes in handy whenever someone asks "what should I be using?" :P Potion of the Robot in particular is really good. I know it costs a lot of tokens, but it is worth saving up for.
I am going to start saving up for it! I am always struggling with weapons, it is taking forever to fight the harder opponents and move up in tier :D lol
What are you using in your set right now and how much of a budget do you have for upgrades?
I typically use along with some scrolls. :) I do have some budget for new weapons but never sure of the direction to go.
Your strongest pet is in T7, correct? If so, your set is a little underpowered now. One of the best things about going up a tier is having access to stronger weapons. The opponents get stronger too, which makes upgrading for each tier important.
I would actually try selling your Aemis. That alone will give you a good budget to buy some new stuff :)
For T7, I’d recommend:
• Shinwas Temple Shard is currently in the Crystal Shop. If you have to buy the crystals from the shop search, the cost comes out to about 13m. It’s a full blocker and can be used pretty much at any tier.
• Hydragellos Possessed Eye is an upgrade over your Gorgun. It activates a curse, plus it has four mod slots for you to add either protective or attacking crystals, which makes it more useful than Gorgun in T7.
• Recycle Blaster blasts one of your opponent’s weapons into junk. Just an all around useful weapon at any tier.
• Beanstalk Whip and Comet Flash cover three of the most common elements that opponents use in T7 (:block:earth::block:physical::block:dark:). You can earn them from beating The Beanstalk and Filantous five times each if you don’t want to buy them outright. Though Filantous is best beaten once you’re in T8.
• UltimaPlus Tag is a small healer, attacker, freezer, and stealer, and an upgrade over your Rainbow Quill. I would eventually drop either this or the Frost Quill for the Potion of the Robot once you have enough tokens.
Yes T7! oh these weapons look nice! thank you for the recommendations, it certainly was frustrating with the weapons i currently have. Okay I will try any get some of these weapons and see I can do some more damage.
