My partner can't log in to Subeta and has been having the 500 error for several days now. She's quite upset having missed the bathhouse pools etc, but worse is there seems no way for her to notify staff? The "if you can't log in click here" also results in a 500 error. I posted on the error codes thread a few days ago but no reply so far.

Is there some way for her to message staff? She can't do a ticket, obviously, as you have to be logged in for that.

Thank you for any help on this. She's getting very frustrated and I don't want her to quit using the site as a result (it took me years to get her on here..lol)

There is always the email .net">support.net, which is the recommended support channel if you can't log on site.
