Is it against the rules to buy from the token shop for someone else?

if you have a friend who is still on cooldown from the token shop and wants another item that they think might go out of stock before they can get it, and you have already gotten what you wanted, could you buy something for them? or would that be abusing the system? thanks in advance!
As far as I know, isn't that just getting you a gift? And that's not against the rules. As long as you're each only playing on your own account, and not using one account to funnel items to the other.
You should be in the clear with that. I can't see why it would be considered unfair. They are your tokens, so I feel you should be allowed to use them however you would like.
Please, someone, correct me if I'm wrong though!

The main rule regarding this situation is that you don't use the Shoutbox to arrange it.
No Advertising in the Shoutbox
No business whatsoever in the shoutbox! Do not advertise or post any trades, shops, auctions, cults, art commissions, forum threads, etc. or use the shoutbox to arrange for these in any way, even if it is not for profit or is being done on behalf of someone else. Do not ask others to break this rule for you by asking them to link you to a user shop, forum thread, trade, etc. This includes trying to get other users to buy items from the token shop or other limited areas of the site on behalf of yourself or anyone else, as well as offering to do so for others. This also includes posting event links, i.e., kissing and dancing, etc. There are appropriate forums for these activities, so please use them!
Other than that, they're your wizard tokens and your chance to purchase from the Token Shop, you can do what you like with them. Just be aware that there is a cooldown period for the Token Shop, and don't violate any other site rules as others have mentioned.
If you ever have other questions about the rules and if something's allowed or not, it's better to fill out a ticket to ask staff directly for an official answer!
