This appears to be a new issue, I've first started noticing this earlier today (it certainly was working just fine yesterday). Mousing over items doesn't show anything like they should: No item previews or descriptions, the add/remove wishlist functionality is still there but that's it. I've tried disabling certain addons to see if something was interfering but I didn't have any success getting the mouseovers back, and I haven't added anything new anyway. I also can't hit the like button on newspost comments, I can't mouseover player names/portraits, nothing. It seems to be a Firefox only thing for now since I was able to get them to work in Waterfox (a third party Firefox fork). I am using Firefox version 127.0.1 (the most recent version), I have no userscripts or Tampermonkey scripts for this site. I tried removing my custom CSS to see if that was interfering with the mouseovers, that didn't work either. Does anyone know what's causing this or is experiencing it as well?
Edit: Wanted to check something, the mouseovers work on Kumos Subeta. They are currently not working on Legacy Subeta for me. Edit2: Restarting the browser also did not fix the functionality of the mouseovers.
maybe you blocked the element by mistake with an ad blocker?
I'm also using firefox and everything works for me.
The adblockers were the first thing I turned off and that didn't do anything to fix it. 🫠
However, the mouseovers are working on my other computer (same Firefox version, and synced so it should have the same addons and settings etc) so at least it's not Subeta-side, which means I'm going to have to figure out what broke them on my laptop because this is driving me nuts lol. I literally haven't changed anything in settings or otherwise and I'm completely code-illiterate so I couldn't have broken it by tinkering with a script or something. Maybe I'll just reinstall Firefox on that computer and see if that fixes it. 😂
Have you tried clearing your browser's cookies and cache and restarting it?
Thank you for creating this post! I switched browsers a couple of weeks ago because I couldn't solve this problem (I asked on discord instead of here.) It's working for me now!
