According to SubetaLodge it is a semi-breakable tier 6 weapon. I can't find it in the weapons list in the weapons topic. Does semi-breakable mean it can break in a battle but you get it back for another battle or once it's broken it's gone for good?

There's an in-depth battle guide in the Battle Coliseum that has a dictionary. It says: Semi-Breakable - If item 'breaks' it will only be gone for the rest of the battle, not permanently. Having said that, I've never used that weapon before.
