How does one go about getting rid of the zombie virus that makes my avatar look this way? I loved it for a time but I would love to see her back to normal. I tried to find this question asked previously but couldn't find one.

In the wardrobe, there is a tab "Skins", going there will have a list of skins for your HA, there is a button that you can press to clear the skin you are wearing, do be sure to press wear button after clearing the skin to make it take affect on the site.

and you can change back into that skin (or change into any other skin you have unlocked) on the same page mentioned above by selecting the skin you want to wear.
