I have been trying to update my avatar and no matter which outfit I choose, it won't update on legacy site.

I have all the new Cacophonia Carapace but it's not showing I got the achievement. I didn't get the notice I normally get

I can’t make changes to my HA. No matter what outfit I choose it won’t update on either site.

I'm having a similar issue to Dysania. I cannot update my HA at all on Legacy or Kumos.

Having the same issue, please don't tell me we'll be forced to use the kumos wardrobe...

I'd be ok with that if the new wardrobe was fully functional. Item images are broken on the side bar where we can drag items up and down, adding a salon hair style resets the avatar, removing any item removes the hair style, can't add body parts like eyes and body back if they're removed, can't import outfits from new.subeta, the "more" layer menu is hidden behind the layout and I have to zoom out the page to be able to use it, and the filters are a bit hard to navigate although I think that is a "me" problem more than anything.

As for the current problem - the outfit is saved in the old wardrobe (screenhot: https://i.imgur.com/VgE4KrD.png) but won't update on-site. No error messages, the outfit still shows in the wardrobe if I leave the page and return, it just won't show on site (legacy and kumos). Virus stages aren't showing up either.

And since we're here I'd like to bring up that forum groups pop-ups are not displaying properly (screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/obVOBBS.png) and I have to zoom the page out to see the full thing. And even when I do that and click the view group button I get a "Oops! Something went wrong" error page.

Thank you for always giving us attention! The kissing booths are amazing btw and are working perfectly.

[edit]I moved to the new wardrobe again to try and make it work but it removed my virus one stage before it finished into a skin. Or maybe it did finish and didn't give me the skin.

[edit]oof so many edits! I'm very sorry if this is too confusing but... I was playing around in the kumos wardrobe, managed to avoid the few glitches and put an outfit together - it is showing everywhere. The wardrobe in general is very fun to use and I see it being an improvement to the already very nice current wardrobe once the glitches are patched.

I opted into the Kumos wardrobe to try playing with it and now my avatar seems to be stuck with additional limbs I don't actually want, lol, so I'm assuming this is part of the not-updating problem as well? i don't use the virus skins so it's not affected by that.

I tried untoggling the limbs (legs, feet and toes) in the Kumos wardrobe, which looked to work fine in the previewer and saved it, but on a refresh the limbs were still there so I tried opting back out of Kumos and then resaved my avatar in legacy, which... I've still got four legs orz I assume this is probably just lag+teething issues with kumos but thought I would say!!

Pitching in to say that I am also experiencing this bug. My virus stage has progressed twice since I completed unclothed my HA to watch the progression, but it’s not updated to reflect the unclothed state.

I cannot save my HA on Kumos. I click 'Save Changes' and nothing happens; it just keeps the message 'You have unsaved changes to your avatar' intact and refreshing reverts my HA back to the one I had for when I signed up with the site. I've tried multiple browsers and nada. Here's a screenshot of what I'm talking about: https://i.imgur.com/fkqjCpr.png.

Mine in the wardrobe section does change after saving, but the updated version isn't updating on the main sites for both legacy and kumos. It is showing an outfits from several months ago.

also adding my issues here. there is a hair stuck on mine that i cannot get to come off. it's not even showing up as worn on my end and no matter what outfit i put on or what changes i make it's still there on both legacy and kumos outside of the wardrobe.

also another issue i'm having is that i want to migrate my saved outfits over but they're completely out of order, multiple copies of the same, and all of them have base features that were never saved on them in the first place.

I got this random salon hair on my HA that I still CAN'T. TAKE. OFF. I tried the following: hard refreshing (ctrl+ shift + f5 on chrome), clearing cache. On windows 11, chrome latest version.

I can't take the skin off of my HA. Also, my Fresh infection isn't progressing either. I should be on stage 4 now.

I posted another board for a similar ish issue. My ha is stuck naked, with a diff gender, and also these giant eyes. Won't update to anything outside this no matter which ha I choose or on which site.
