PPT stands for Pink Poogle Toy, which was the name of a Neopets and later Subeta fan website. It was where I first heard about Subeta, in fact :)

tbh I lost touch with them years ago, so I'm not 100 percent sure if it disappeared or is still around in some form, or what.
