I have a white background on my HA showing up on the dance floor. I can't get rid of it. I have seen this before but I don't remember how to fix it. Please help. Thanks!

I think it's the ! Try removing that and any other foreground effects and see if it helps?

Thanks for answering! I tried it. I took everything off and it still shows the stupid white bg. There must be a trick. I remember having this problem before. I cleared my cache too.

Hmm, maybe try clearing your cache and hard refreshing the dance floor? I sent you a dance request so that I can check to see if you're showing up as transparent for me!

Yes! You're showing up with a white background for me as well. That's weird. :( It could be a caching problem on the site's end, in which case it would hopefully work itself out before too long, but hopefully a staff member will see this and can tell us what's up~ I've had times where I change my avatar and the new av doesn't show up for a day or so on the dancefloor, even after clearing my cache, iirc.

Hey, guess what? Had to go do some stuff, turned off my pc, came back turned it on, and voilà! No more white box. Idk why, but I'm glad! New dilema tho - do I dare change my HA? Hmmm...

Oh no! I wonder what made it work in the first place, that is so strange 😭 Mine has been displaying with a transparent BG and I don't know what I did differently...

I think it must be something in the Site. I changed my HA (deleted all like you said again) and on my home page it has a slanting blue image behind the HA but its transparent on the dance floor, at least for now. So crossing fingers it will stay. Thanks for the help! :)

That's good! The site's image caching issues seem to be at their worst around Masquerade I feel like - they just don't get along well with the dancefloor I guess. 😅 No problem!
