They do not expire! Could you have used a feature like autotraining without realizing, and spent some CSC that way? I've also accidentally bought a custom wearable from shop search before.

You may want to check your purchase logs and see if maybe there's anything in there that you didn't intend to buy. I'm pretty sure not Every way to spend CSC shows up in there though, so if nothing is amiss you could also file a ticket

you mean the loyalty points? no, they shouldn't expire or disappear or anything like that. but you need to visit the reward card page after buying CSC to actually get the stamps (and therefore the points); if you don't do so before the reward card rolls over to the next one, you miss out on those points. but your total number of loyalty points won't go down unless you spend them.
