Hi guys! I had a question on how the mage works. I have been giving him the amulets that I get buy I am not receiving the books. Maybe the chances are just really low, but is there anything I can do to better improve my chances?

no, it's just random. the probability is typically somewhere around 1/8 as far as i've found. i like to save up a bunch of amulets over time and then turn them in all at once so it's more likely that i get at least a few tomes out of it.
