Hello! Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how I can go about raising the int of my pets cheaply? Not really looking for expensive/rare books for now :)

I noticed that the music store often has books for less than 500sp

Play the game Mystic Spindles and use the points you earn to buy Int for your pets.

Play the game before reading any books. The cost to buy int goes up exponentially. So the cost to buy the first few Int is really cheap, but after about 40 or 50 int it takes way too many points to keep using the game.

Oh wow, thank you for the timely advice. I've already started on reading books to some of the pets, I hope its not too late. I do have pets who are still illiterate so this comes in really helpful!

if you're not already using subetalodge, it's a great resource in general, and one of the things you can do there is get a list of all books and sort them from cheapest to most expensive. you can also make checklists for the pets you'll be reading to, so you can keep track of what they've already read and what you still need to buy for them. you can do all these things with other types of items, too. i really find the site to be invaluable for keeping track of what i have, what i need, where to get it, what to prioritize, etc.
