@/JosieRose You can get it from a Tempest random event/by using a [item2=Tempest Lightning Rod](it's random though). It was stocked in the token shop at one point as well. Otherwise, you can just buy it from user shops.

I didn't know that item existed! that's pretty cool. does it guarantee a potion though, or just a random event with the Tempest where she might give you the potion?

EDIT: ok so buying the will give you a random storm item, not the potion straight up. Cuz I bought one and I got a storm cloud buddy.
