It looks like there are some potential issues with Stripe today! We're aware that something is going on and looking into it. :)
Edit: The Stripe issue has been resolved. Backlogged CSC purchases have processed. If you happen to have received extra, feel free to keep it!

Oh dear, that explains why my CSC hasn't appeared yet 20hrs after purchasing. Thank you so much for all the hard work you do!
Same, I purchased yesterday and I still haven't seen it come through. Hopefully it's an easy fix!
Right - Nothing has come through for me either despite twice purchasing some this morning (I thought the first time didn't go through).

Sorry if slightly off topic, but I haven't played in months and am trying to cancel my monthly subscription - but can't find anywhere to do so? Am not getting any reply to emails about it (if I get time to play again in the future, I will) but currently I need to get this sorted.. another payment is due in the next couple days! Thanks for any help! (am currently waiting online for my bank rep to try and cancel it from my end) ..
go here to the subscription page, you can see your active subscription. scroll down and click cancel under your plan. i hope that helps! :)
What Ethan said in the post above me! But, more importantly, if you ever need staff need help on-site, submit a support ticket -- we don't do site support over email except for account recovery.
Thanks so much.. yes I did find the Subscription Page, but nothing was listed. However, Keith reached out and sorted it all for me. I can't wait until my busy life settles down and I can play again.. I do really enjoy playing here! Take care and thanks again for the help :)
