It appears as blank, as I am a very very old player coming back i have no eyes, mouth or any face items on my avatar and its very very odd. Any was to bypass this?

In the wardrobe, on the list of items you are wearing, if you move the base layer below your eye and mouth layer, whatever defaults you had selected before you left should show up. Or you can use eye and mouth items from the wardrobe face layer.

I would guess it is one of two causes!

In the wardrobe at the top left is a bar of options. Select "base". Make sure you have selected an eye, nose, and mouth. If there is nothing selected your HA will appear to be without a "face".

Alternatively, the left side lists any items you are wearing, as well as "hair" "eyes" "nose" "mouth" and "base". You may need to make sure "base" is below the others on this list (drag and drop). Otherwise the features wont show up!
