Since I've been quite on-and-off the past couple of years, I haven't been paying much attention to this, so I honestly don't know how long it's been going on.

I'm actively paying the $5/mo subscriptions (started Oct'2021) with the most recent being Feb 26th this year, but I noticed that my CSC hasn't progressed past 3k for a long time now. I also don't have gold account status and cant remember the last special monthly item that appeared in my inventory (last one I could find anywhere is the "Ruby Firefly Charm" in my wardrobe from July'2022). When I look in "subscriptions" in the Cash Shop, all the buttons say "Choose Plan" as if I don't already have an active one, but again, I can see $5 a month pulled for the payment in my bank notes since Oct'2021.

Is there someone on staff that can help me remediate this and figure out possibly how long this has been going on?
