For the past 2 days Quentin quests haven't been dropping mage amulets. I normally get 2 or more each day so is this a bug or normal drop rates for Quentin?

Thanks I got 2 amulets yesterday so it must be luck lol. Its never happened before so I thought I broke Quentin lol
