So, CW submissions are a little wonky at the moment. When you submit, you are charged, but it doesn't seem like your item has processed as you don't get the pending submission page. When you go to the pending page, your item is there with no images. Cancelling the submissions do not refund you your CSC.

I also had this exact same issue and sometimes the items submit multiple times because of it.

So I’m missing most my csc due to this glitch. Would like it resolved sooner rather than later. This is why I won’t subscribe.
