Hi there - I've just hit 15 years and I wanted to change my UN to "Beetlejuice" with my loyalty totem, but when I go to change it, it says that the username isn't available. When I go to search for users with said username, nothing shows up. I did some googling and I did find a user with that username - who is active. So I'm just trying to figure out if the UN search is currently broken. Any advice?

I think it is broken, I went to search pet names and it kept saying "Nothing found" I tried searching one of my own pets. Same thing.

yeah it's not working for me either. i end up just going to my profile and putting in my desired name instead to see if it's claimed.

and what browser are you using? What operating system are you both using? I’m using my phone with brave and chrome latest. The only one not working for me is pets like [user=blackwolf_2009] said.

Using the latest version of chrome (win 11) and looking for the username the OP was searching, if you type in "Beetlejui" into the search, then the full username shows up. But if you type in "Beetlejuic" or "Beetlejuice" it says nothing found.

It's almost like there's a character limit on the username search that means it just can't handle anything over than 9 characters entered, although I've tried searching for another 11 character username and that search worked fine o.O

(and I think the pet search has been broken for a while :()

Username search works for me but pet name one doesn't. FF Win10.

User search isn't working for me either. I've tried using Firefox and Opera.

I tried it too PLUS the suggestion by Oreo and it's a no-go. In a way I am glad I am not the only one having this issue as I thought it was my browser.
