No. None of the scratcher cards give auto wins. Golden Glory is just higher odds. I think most I've won is the 500k range

I scratched one today and won 1,700,000 :o

it's a gamble, tbh, and i would rather spend my sp in other ways. it's cool when you do get the jackpot, though!
