Hello! I am so sorry if I am posting in wrong place, but a few seconds ago I bought an Aqua Pherret Beanbag for 6000sp. When I checked the shop price, it says that it is worth over 7 million of sP. I can't believe that this bag can be worth that much, so I wanted to ask you - its a real price? Do I have to list it too much cheaper for it to sell? I'm asking because I'm new to this game and I'd like to understand the local economy as best as I can.
That price is extremely inflated. I'd list it at that price because there's a small chance someone might buy it for their collection but chances are it won't sell like that. If it does though you'll make a nice chunk of sP! The actual resell value of that item based on similar items is 30k sP but items vary in price for a lot of reasons so I'd just given it a chance to sell.
My other suggestion would be to list it in trades for 50% off. There's a better chance someone who needs it will buy it and you'll still make a good bit though not 7mil.
@Last_Chance Thank you!
And what about the second item, the Cuirass of Deathward? It is also inflated?
The is not inflated. The only place you can buy that is in the battle shop, which uses a special kind of currency that's harder to obtain so that price seems right. You get it from battling.
Although I don't think there's a super high demand for that item to my knowledge. I would list it at the same price as user shop and if it doesn't sell after a while list it in trades for 30% off and go from there.
Expensive items can take a very long time to sell so sometimes it makes sense to just sit on them for a while.
@Last_Chance thank you for the help! I git it grom Major Drills. Do you maybe know why the items rarity firm those quests is so various? sometimes i git a 2000sp fork, and sometimes a 10mil clothing. O.o
It's just the nature of those quests! The prizes are pulled from a large pool of shop items and retired items and sometimes you get lucky and get something expensive.
@Last_Chance So those quests are definitely worth doing, isn't it? :D
Personally I don't do them because they're too time consuming but if you like them it can be worthwhile
Some restockables like the Aqua Pherret Beanbag and others are worth as much as someone's willing to pay. Certain items don't stock as much as others and I've actually sold the Aqua Pherret Beanbag for 7.7 mil. recently.
Try tossing it into trades or browse the Wanted forums for someone looking to buy if you want a quick sale! Most restockables are pretty inflexible. i.e. They won't sell any faster if you list them lower, since most users aren't searching for them; you're just losing out on profit and depreciating value. It does take time, but most things sell eventually. So, don't be afraid to list things for market value. :)
