It's been awhile so forgive me lol. Sorn's AP is cray-cray and I want to boost Lokilles' intel so I can use the same scroll set since it doesn't auto join the battle like Sorn's does.

So my question is, in using stat boosters do you still have to read a book to get the Ap to update or is there another way. I could've sworn there was another way added to get the boosted intel to show up but so far I can't figure out how.

As far as I know, you have to read a book. I try to boost as much as possible before reading that one book that will raise AP. Sometimes I'll keep a book locked in my inventory just waiting for a good boost. Lol.

Edit: Just checked your pet. I'm curious, how did you get Sorn's Intel so high without already capping? Did you boost all your stats? That's not a bad idea.

For Sorn it was a combo of boosting all stats with tomes, once the training centre became not worth it, and using leaches. I love those pesky leaches LOL. He's near the stat cap now though. Stat cap in 6162 points and I'm working on the challenger's pages so it probably won't be too long

Very nice - it paid off in AP! I intend to use leeches once I hit my goal on HP and Defense soon, just so I can squeeze more Intel out of tomes. It's great they lowered the price on leeches!

that's exactly what I did. At first I didn't see the point of leaches and thought it was a silly use of points and all LOL oh how naïve I was. -giggles- I got speed to goal so I really leached the heck out of that back down to just over 6k and now I'm only boosting with EXP on Sorn. LOL I basically doing the same for Lokilles but I was only boosting with exp until like 2 weeks ago because the battling with defaults is great but when I switch to Lokilles I forget to click his scrolls LMAO and I'm like damn it, Sorn's Ap default scroll set is 509 Ap and Lokilles' is only 185. Grr LMAO.

Edit though his scrolls are only needed for the tougher ones and sometimes not even then XD

Oh yeah, you'll exp boost Sorn to cap now that it's reset. That will be nice! Lokilles still has a fair bit of AP though! You can kick a lot of butt with it, but I know what you mean about scroll sets. My second battle pet has much lower AP and I do most BQs without scrolls. I'm too lazy to click it! Lol. Hopefully they make that menu more customizable in the future so that other pets can have a default weapon and scroll set.

yeah Lokilles didn't use the scrolls for my last battle with Ruffles so he can do some good damage but other default scroll sets would be so handy :D
