I think once a "guide" existed somewhere. Does anybody know the probability of Humming Power crystal turnout of rarities? I needed to quickly replace the Crystals I had spent, therefore fragged first rares, then super rares. I was highly disappointed, that for every 100 rares I got (over) 250 crystals, yet for super rares less!!!! Of course I had expected a slightly higher turnout.

Fragging results by rarity

Basically, with the exception of rare (2.5) and super rare (3), you get an average of 1.5 crystals.

Its possible that a retired super rare got added to your super rare pile, bringing down the average? Or just bad luck.

Thank you! No, it was definitely piles of super rares I removed from my vault. Typically me: Bad luck.

I did find a surprising amount of variability when I was testing, and the difference between an average of 2.5 and 3 really isn't that high. Overall, the best strategy - value vs time vs results was in fragging rares rather than super rares. Of course, if I picked up a pile of super rares for really cheap, or in battle rewards, I'm still going to frag them!

Yeah, I thought I'd speed up things by using super rares, but then it turned out not to be worth it, actually a "loss".

I only frag junk and estimate 1.4 times the number of items I'm fragging. The whole system is wacky. The prices of crystal shop items are way too high compared to the amount of work you put into acquiring crystals. In my opinion. If you're just passively fragging items, you may not notice, but when you go out of your way to frag items...you really notice. At least I do.
