I sent 3 Harvested Glob of Snot from my vault to a shop - I got an empty vault page and not the message, that the items are queued. The first made it into my shop, 20 minutes later the others still have not arrived.

I also stumbled across an item with a broken image (in spite of refresh) earlier - meanwhile fixed itself.

Maybe work behind the stage? Or generally something broken right now?

Have you filed a ticket yet? They might be able to get a better picture of what happened with the items from the logs.
