I believe I've seen Neelas in Adopt-R-Us before, so I don't see why not. They are the only pet that costs CSC to make, which is probably why they are not often up for adoption.

Yes you can transfer Neela! I have both adopted out and adopted in Neela! I assume since they cost CsC to make, you don't see them UFA often!
