I spent 150k sp on a and it didn't even work to remove the snowball. Kind of annoying that changing my avatar didn't work to clear it and now I've spent money too and that didn't even work. Snowballs don't bother me that much but it's been there for a while.

i'm having the same problem! one appeared on my HA yesterday and it's still here today. i tried the hairdryer, the shield, changing the avatar and clearing the cache, but none worked xD

pretty sure the snowballs are stuck, yeah. i put my shield on and it didn't get rid of the snowball like it usually does
