☾ Commission Rules - Please read!
☾ Please be polite when you're working with me. Rudeness will not be tolerated.
- It takes time and effort to create cws, so please be patient. Understand that I have a life outside of Subeta. ☾ I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason. Please note I am not taking any comms for:
- Animal Limbs
- Companions
- Certain Backgrounds
☾ My artist copy will always be public and it is up to my discretion on whether not I will ask for payment (USD/CSC is fine) in place of my artist copy.
☾ I will send you WIPs throughout the entire process. After the sketch phase, if there is a minor detail that you want to be changed and isn't difficult I will happily comply at no extra cost! If the CW is completed and you want an alteration, an additional charge may be applied. (Overlay + CI).
☾ If the CW is denied, I will immediately work on all fixes and resend you the files. If after 5 denials, I reserve the right to choose to continue fixing it until the 10th try or to fully refund you.
☾ I will request payment before sending the final files. If payment is not received within 24-48hrs (unless discussed) I reserve the right to sell/submit the design myself.
☾ Be aware of CW rules on site, such as no copying/heavily referencing existing items, PLEASE do your research as well before asking for a commission! (I will check myself but this is to avoid any issues).
☾ Please submit your items within 1 month after the files are sent to you. If you need more time, please let me know in advance.
☾. Payment will be in USD made on Paypal via goods and services! Please remember to provide me a paypal email so I may invoice you.
☾ Design Rules
☾ Designs are first come, first served. ☾ My artist copy will always be public and it is up to my discretion on whether not I will ask for payment in place of my artist copy. ☾ Designs will come with fully completed overlays (with the color of your choice) and a CI. In the case when I don't have a CI for a design, you are free to come up with one. ☾ I will request payment upfront for designs, regardless of if it is incomplete. If payment is not received within 24-48hrs (unless discussed) I reserve the right to sell the design to someone else. ☾ I do not do refunds for designs unless it has been denied and I am unable to fix it. ☾ Payment will be in USD made on Paypal via goods and services! ☾ I will only make recolours after the original colour is approved, but you may submit a request and I can have it prepared upon approval. ☾ Solid recolours are $5 USD & Patterns (such as crosses, hearts, glitter, galaxy, sakura) will be $7-8 or more depending on complexity (unique patterns). ☾ Base (skin color) recolors are 2 for $6 (requires purchased recolor). ☾ Recolors which require extra shading/lineart will cost extra. Price will be determined by a case-by-case basis. ☾ Edits that require changes in lineart will start at $10.Commission Form: By filling this out, you agree to all of my commission rules above.
