Dance with or Kisses buttons I have seen on members posts??? What do these mean and how do I get these to post on my Subeta page too.... Where do I get them??? Help please more information wanted

They're used in site events - Masquerade and Survival specifically. You can read a bit about those in the Subetapedia but the gist of it is that if you click one of those buttons, you and the other person will each receive some of the currency used in the event. For Masquerade dances, both users have to have a mask on their HA and the dances have to be manually accepted, but kisses just hand out the currency to each of you.

You can use these sCodes to put the buttons somewhere on site like your status or forum signature:
