Hi, I have a few hair coupons that I’ve redeemed and are now in the hair salon. However, all of my hair salon styles automatically show up with a brown colour and when I try and alter the colours manually (the base, shadow , highlights) I’m never happy with the result.

Is there a way to change the automatically set colour (for example - it’s currently brown, so changing it to grey or blonde), so that I then don’t need to play with it manually? I can’t see anywhere to do it!

nope, the default colors will always be the same. you have to manually set the colors yourself, or get hex codes from somewhere else, or copy a saved avatar with the colors you want.

getting the colors on salon hairs just right is definitely a skill that takes practice, and every hair works slightly differently—so for example the perfect highlights on one hair might look way too bright on another. if you need advice on how to make your salon hairs look better, you could always ask on the human avatars forum.

yeah the hair salon is kind of a pain to use lol. i have a lot of really nice hairs unlocked but i never end up using them because i hate having to go out of my way to do so... at the very least, once you've made a color combo you like, you can save the outfit to reuse that hair in that color any time you want, or copy the hex codes of those colors to a different hair.
