Hello everyone, since the new update i can't access subeta with my main account and need help? Hope someone can help me, i always get the error code "419 Page Expired" Thank you in advance.

Hello, What I suggest is what worked for me:

The only way to log in right now is to go to Kumos, as the log in page on New Subeta is currently unavailable. So go to https://kumos.subeta.net/login and ask to renew your password if it's your first time ever accessing this, then try logging in again.

Once logged in, you should be able to access the rest of the site (New Subeta, Legacy Subeta). If you're ever in the situation where you're logged in to Kumos but logged off from the rest of the site, try again, but in the private mode of your Internet browser (or delete the site's cookies, as you wish).

EDIT: So it looks like the browser can be the culprit. If you're still having problems despite all this, try another one.

Thank you for your reply, if i try to reset my password via my i think connected email i always get the message "419 Page Expired". So i even can't my password. I'm actually not sure which email i used because i never needed it so far to login. I also get the message "These credentials do not match our records." I don't know what to do anymore.

How strange... I tried resetting my password and that's what I got:

Putting an incorrect email address gave me a "We can't find a user with that email address." message but not the error you're referring to. Now I'm confused! Perhaps it depends on your browser? Which one do you use? I personally use Microsoft Edge.

I also got the second screenshot you posted from my email! But if i try to change my password i get the message it already expired/ or the error code.

If i try to freeze this account it says "Oh No! Invalid password!" can i ping an admin to freeze SoraLinn instead? If yes, who can i ping?

Oh great, we've found a solution! You're welcome, . No idea at all for this though! In that case I think I'd have filed a ticket.

I got error 404 that the reset link was not found. Just glad i can get in with my mobile

Hello , Did you try another browser? I used Microsoft Edge, not sure about others.

I think a quick ticket would resolve you getting that one locked up

i dont use other browsers on my computer just chrome

I installed Chrome just to see and.. Now I'm clueless... This may be a case-by-case problem, as I feared? 😞 What about your cookies, ? Did you try doing all that in incognito mode?
