I cannot log into the site at all on my desktop system, I tried with both chrome and firefox and get Something went wrong :( My desktop runs the Q4OS Debian operating system. Using my Windows 10 tablet I am unable to log in with Chrome, luckily I was already logged in on Firefox and can access the site that way.

I couldn't log in at all yesterday so I lost yesterday's Melody prize and it reset my bathhouse and the minion I was working on in Dara's Darlings. Very frustrating.

Forget this, she was finally able to get the reset and log back in.

My daughter, username Hippolyta is logged out and tried to log in on the kumos link. She keeps getting a 404 error when trying to request a new password because her login credentials are not working.

the same here... i lost everything i worked on during the year, even melody i can forget... the kumos site, login does not work... according to the system I don't exist... ( great ) but i used the button forgot password and tataaa... it worked...

When I try to login on my desktop, Kumos site keeps saying my records don’t match anything, but I’m able to access the site on my phone. My desktop is running chrome, my phone is running Safari.

My Husband - username Manic - has not been able to log in for 2 days now. He has tried the kumos address and the subeta address and neither are working for him. He has also Tweeted on X with no help and has tried to re-set his password but it comes back with "we can't find a user with that email address".

Please can someone help?

My spouse Sityaran can't log in either- its been a while since they've played but they have attempted to reset password on the kumos site but even after doing so continues to get a "These credentials do not match our records." message. They've tried on multiple browsers but still is not able to log in :(

We tried using Hubby's UN instead of his email address yesterday, but it still didn't work. He cleared his cache and cookies 3 days ago when he first had problems signing in.

She has cleared her cache and cookies, tried her username instead of email address, tried kumos.subeta.net, and tried with different browsers. She keeps getting the "credentials don't match" error. When she goes to get a new password her email address isn't recognized. Thanks for all your help. Oh, and this has been going on for the past 2 days. :)

Has he reset his password on the Kumos site? You will have to do that the first time you login there.

She'll probably need to email .net">support.net if her email isn't linking with her Subeta account. Staff can help her directly that way.

He can't reset his password as it isn't recognising his email address (and it's 100% the correct email).

It will say mismatched until the password is changed. But, if he's tried the password reset option, he'll have to email .net">support.net

I am having this issue on my iPhone, using Chrome. I just switched to Chrome because Safari had terrible issues. I changed password, or attempted to, multiple times from the phone. no luck. I tried to get a new password on desktop, it first didn't succeed, and then only after I cleared cache and cookies. Help would be good. I do not know how to clear cache/cookies on mobile, never needed to, going to look that up.
