does anyone know why the Blue Tincture dont get restocked at the Philosopher's Store?

i'm sure it's restocking properly, otherwise the user shop price would be going up. sometimes shop stocks rotate the items that will appear in restocks, meaning certain items won't be restocked for a brief period before showing up again. so either the blue tincture happens to be in its "off" rotation, or it just hasn't happened to restock during the times you were checking. the user shop price is still low and comparable to the other colors, so i don't think there's anything to worry about.
