i found 2 really awsome masks in the donations shop ... which shop do sell them ... i would like to get the red and gold one too .. i only got a black silvery one and a brown one

Hello, do you happen to remember the name of those masks?

If not, use the Item Directory from the Subeta tab until you find them.

If so (or once you're done), use the Shop Search from the Commerce tab. Most of the time you'll see a blue banner that tells you in which location an item can be found, a yellowish banner will appear at the top of shop listings if it's currently available for buying in a NPC Shop. If it's missing then it's most likely a Retired/Artifact/Cash Shop item. In this case you can use SubetaLodge's item search to know more about a specific item (check the Notes section).

it's also possible they're from migrating masks, which is only open during masquerade, but you should still be able to find them in user shops anyway.

it was a red and gold colored mask .. i didnt see the name as i clicked quickly before to were taken haha

Seconding what said, from your description of that mask it's either this or the Steamworks Menagerie (Masquerade-themed shops). But I'd suggest you search for it directly from Personal > Wardrobe then, it'll be way more convenient. The good thing about masks is that they tend to have "mask" in their names so just type this in the Item Name field and toggle on "All items" and "Hide CWs". 🤞

EDIT: Also, I don't think the "Buy Directly" button in the Wardrobe works, you'll have to use the Shop Search page anyway.
